Who built NooKeto, why it exists, and the lived experience behind the framework.
Mensa member, growth hacker, self-experimenter, and the mind behind NooKeto.
I have always been fascinated by the mind. As a member of Mensa, I grew up with a deep curiosity about intelligence, cognition, focus, and the strange, powerful ways in which the brain shapes our experience of life. I was never interested in the mind as an abstract concept only. I wanted to understand how it worked in practice: why some days we feel sharp, clear, and energized, while on others we feel foggy, heavy, distracted, or disconnected from our own potential.
Professionally, I come from the world of growth hacking — a discipline built on experimentation, observation, iteration, and measurable results. Growth hackers do not rely on theory alone. We test, track, learn, and adjust.
At some point, I began applying that same experimental mindset to my own body.
I experimented with food, energy, focus, mood, discipline, cravings, training, and mental clarity. I paid attention not only to what the scale said, but to how I felt: how clearly I could think, how stable my energy was, how easy it was to work, train, parent, create, and stay consistent.
Over time, one pattern became obvious.
A ketogenic, nutrient-dense, nootropic-focused way of eating made me feel best.
Not just lighter. Sharper.
NooKeto was born from that discovery.
It combines the metabolic clarity of keto with foods traditionally associated with brain health: oily fish, leafy greens, olive oil, eggs, berries, green tea, magnesium, omega-3s, and simple whole foods. It is not about eating less for the sake of restriction. It is about eating with intention — choosing foods that support strength, focus, energy, and long-term discipline.
NooKeto is my personal framework for a body that feels strong and a mind that feels awake.
It is not a miracle diet. It is not a shortcut. It is not a replacement for medical advice.
It is a system built through experimentation, refinement, and respect for the connection between food, metabolism, and cognition.
NooKeto is a personal framework shared openly. It is:
It is NOT:
Because food is not only fuel.
Food is information.
And when you change the information you give your body every day, you change the way you think, move, feel, and live.
